About PAR's Investigation Process

Our work begins when a client contacts us for an investigation.  The determination is made if an investigation is warranted.

An initial meeting is set up for an in-depth interview to assess the needs of a client and collect information that will determine the teams approach.  During this meeting we address any client concerns, questions, and the desired resolution.   The client is provided contact information should they need to add additional information or express any additional concerns to the team.

PAR members then meet to discuss all details of the current situation and devise an approach specifically designed for the client’s circumstances.  Through this process the client may be contacted to answer additional questions and inquire about any additional activity or details since the last communication.  Afterwards, and as soon as possible, an investigation date is set.

The investigation will begin with baseline readings for electromagnetic force (EMF) and temperature throughout the location, and still photos taken.  At this time a roundtable discussion will share with the client our intended approach and what they can expect during the investigation.

The investigation will continue with video cameras set up in key locations as determined by previous discussions.  Audio recorders will be placed in several areas and maintained for the duration.  Hand held audio, video, EMF, and thermometer equipment will be with us at all times.  Our psychic members will read the location.  Any information collected during the investigation process may change the intended approach to better suit the situation.

If the desired resolution can be obtained during the investigation, steps will be taken to do so.  General, but possibly unsupported, theories and information will be shared with the client throughout the investigation.

After the investigation all recordings and data will be reviewed and analyzed to find supporting evidence.  This evidence will be reported to the client and as determined by the client, and may or may not result in additional visits to the location.

We do not consider the investigation complete until the client is satisfied with the outcome.  The client is free to contact the team at any point before, during, or after the investigation.  PAR will make every effort to contact the client at least once a month for the next 3 months to monitor any changes or concerns, and if needed, additional actions may be taken.

If at any time PAR feels the situation is beyond our capabilities or understanding, we will incorporate remote resources as needed or required. This may include the involvement of a more specialized individual or team.
